The open-concept living area is bright and airy, featuring clean lines, warm natural textures, and minimalist décor that flows seamlessly onto a spacious 9x15 balcony through double-wide sliding glass doors. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktail here with a refreshing side view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sounds of the surf just beyond. Bedroom: Queen bed, Nightstands, Dresser with Mirror, ceiling fan Full Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single Vanity, toilet Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, stainless refrigerator-freezer, electric drop-in range, oversized stainless sink, commercial pull spray faucet, stainless dishwasher, bar counter seats 4 Dining Room: Dining Table with seating for 4 Living Room: wall mounted smart TV, leather sofa, leather side chairs, occasional tables, balcony access Ocean View Balcony: access from the living room, teak outdoor dining table and 4 chairs Stacked washer and dryer Parking: 2 parking spots, passes required. Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. Rental Policies: In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. Things to bring: Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels. Arrival/Departure: Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm Check-out is by 10 am. House Rules: No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities No smoking You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. Pool Notice: Pools is planned to be open April through October per the HOA; however, pool closures may be dictated by the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit. Things to do: Adventure awaits.
