This charming 4-bedroom family friendly duplex has an amazing central location and warmly welcomes the whole family. With beautiful hardwood floors, ample parking, open living space, and an enclosed outdoor shower, this home is the perfect beach getaway! The foyer of “Peaki Tiki” leads you up to the main living level of the home. An open floor plan provides a fantastic gathering space for families to congregate and reconnect. The kitchen is lined with stainless steel appliances, coastal cabinetry, and appealing tile back splash. Bar seating offers an option for grazing, casual dining, or additional dinner guests. A nearby dinner table provides seating and there is a deck off the living room that makes a wonderful place to sit, gather, or dine in the salt air. The large sectional sofa is a cozy retreat at the end of a long day. There is a full bathroom on this living level that serves visitors and the nearby queen guest room. There is a full-size stacked washer and dryer and a gate at the top of the stairs for added convenience. Upstairs, the top floor of this home offers two full bathrooms and three additional bedrooms. The first guest room is furnished with two full sized beds. Double closets make this room comfortable and functional for a wide variety of family groups and guests. Minor concerns were refrigerator that wasn’t cooling (maintenance tech came out in a timely manor to bring a loaner and got the refrigerator cooling again but it never really made ice - didn’t seem to be working at its best.) Ceiling fan in the room with double beds upstairs made annoying noise - had to turn it off. Trash can was completely full when we got there - instructions said trash day was on Tuesday but trash was picked up on Monday at 6:30 am. ##### Jamie O.
