Enjoy ocean views and very comfortable bedrooms. With an elevator for easy access, a private hot tub, outdoor shower, and grill, everything’s set for a perfect getaway. Plus, you’ll have access to a shared pool and all the essentials for a carefree, unforgettable beach vacation! Best location for walkable activities. 2-3 blocks from Seawitch, Carolina Beach Boardwalk, restaurants, arcade & shops! No golf cart or car needed. Just steps from public beach access. Parking for 3-4 vehicles but vehicle isn’t necessary if you can walk just a few blocks to all the local boardwalk amenities. 1\. If home smells like smoke a charge of $300 will be applied for smoke remediation. 2\. Pets must be on reservation and pet fee paid prior to checkin. Unreserved pets will be charged $200 per pet if brought. If you want to add a pet after you book please message us and we can request the pet fee. Please pick up after your pet in the yard. 3\. No parking anywhere but the unit carport / driveway (including grass) or guest could be fined $250 from HOA or towed. Please don’t park on the grass as it can ruin sprinkler heads and are expensive to fix. 4\. Please follow checkout rules or extra fees may be charged to pay cleaners for additional work. 5\. Please checkout on time. For unauthorized late checkouts a fee of $100 per half hour will be charged to pay cleaners time for waiting.
