    We've dubbed our Condo "Chillaxing" stemming from the feeling of chilling on the front deck relaxing with a cold drink in hand oceanfront. This condo has been fully renovated that includes spacious living quarters and has enough room for 7 people. Each of the 2 bedrooms has been decorated with comfort and class in mind. Each bedroom has a deck, with the master facing the ocean and the guest bedroom deck having a view of the canal. The condo features flat screen TVs in each room (Netflix included), and newly updated appliances and hardwoods throughout.

    Not only will you be beach front but for those times when its just too warm to be on the beach you can cool off in the pool.

    The Carolina Beach boardwalk is only a few minutes walk away yet far enough that the only sounds you hear at night are the ocean waves.

    If you enjoy music there are restaurant/bars with live music within walking distance.

    So come Chillax at our place!

We had a great time staying in this condo. The kids room was perfect for our 3 kiddos. Easy quick access to the beach and the pool was great for cooling off. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with convenient access to the beach.

Nice place and great location

Great location and nice place. Right on the beach and walking distance from boardwalk. Beds were super comfortable, place was clean and had everything we could think of in the kitchen. We will certainly be staying there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old Number 7 House. It was the perfect fit for our guys golf trip getaway. The house had plenty of room, with more than enough beds and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone in our group.The large kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and there was ample seating throughout the home for the whole group to gather and hang out. The property was in excellent shape, very clean, well-maintained, and had a fresh, welcoming feel.We couldn’t have asked for a better setup. We're already hoping to book it again next year!

Loved the property. My only complaint would be that if you stay during the busy season is the parking. You might have to move your car or ask someone to move theirs because 3 cars park in a slip.

We had a wonderful week here! This was a perfect location for us - within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the unit was exceptionally clean. The owners were very responsive and awesome to work with! Pictures look great but overall the property is rundown and in need of repairs. The porch which was a big reason we choose this property was terrible. The furniture in the photos is not accurate, it was very old wicker pieces that the bottoms were sagging and about to fall out and the cushions were less than 1/4in thick. The lights were hung but only 4 bulbs worked. Overall not inviting or comfortable at all. And all the TV's had issues with the remotes missing in a bedroom, not connecting to the internet and the only way we could use them was to mirror image in the living room from a phone.

Clean place and great location

Everything was great from start to finish. Very clean, great location, etc. Parking can be tough in a larger vehicle and the planned Map is not as easy as they make it seem. Everyone is accommodating throughout.

Long October Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice unit. Right on the beach. Well-equipped with everything we needed. Never could figure out TV/cable/Roku, except for a couple of local stations on one bedroom TV. Parking could be an issue in high season. Overall - a very nice experience.
