Additional sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests. 1 king size bedroom with private bath. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and guest bath. Sheets and towels are included. Washer and dryer in unit. Wifi available. Enjoy amazing oceanfront views with full view of the beach. Boardwalk 1.1 miles away and local eateries are walking distance. Community pool. Outdoor shower. 3 outdoor grills. Parking for 2 cars included on open parking lot. No large RV type vehicles or trailers permitted. No pets permitted. No smoking in unit. The master bathroom toilet had a large chunk of feces in it still. The patio furniture was old, stained and chipping. The coffee pot had mold and limescale all through it. We had to go out and purchase our own coffee pot. Showers were not clean and the shower heads were full of mold. Cookware and utensils were moldy, rusty and unusable. It was my husband, our 17 year old daughter and her friend. The location could not be better, the beach is amazing, clean sand, clear water. Having the boardwalk a short walk away and Kure pier down the other end, couldn’t have asked for more. A sea turtle nest was on our beach (protected and nothing hatched yet but still very cool!).
