With one king bed, two twin beds, and a brand new sleeper sofa, this retreat is perfect for families or a group of friends seeking an unforgettable beachfront getaway. In the main area you'll find the living room with new furniture, a smart TV & Wii, and expansive glass sliders that lead to your own oceanfront deck! The kitchen was just remodeled (Feb 2024) and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a home cooked meal after a long day in the sun. There is seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the counter. Down the hall you'll find the twin bedroom with smart TV, and a shared full bath complete with washer & dryer. The primary bedroom has a cozy king bed and an en-suite bath with rainfall shower. Just a few steps down the street you have access to a swimming pool too! Just a half mile walk along the sandy shore will bring you to the boardwalk and all the fun of downtown Carolina Beach. Whether you're building sandcastles with the family or taking a sunset stroll along the shore, the beach is your backyard at Dolphin Overlook! There is little insulation to help reduce noise, you could hear every little noise from the unit beside and above you. The people in the room next door were extremely loud. The wash machine in the unit was not working and there was a service technician and an employee of the property management company to look at it to get it fixed. I mentioned that we were just going to run to the laundromat to wash our stuff and bring it back to dry. The property management employee took our dirty laundry, they washed it, folded it and brought it back to us in a couple of hours. Jun 18, 2024 #### Beautiful view and great location Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our annual trip for mother/daughter and my son’s girlfriend and mom. What a wonderful view... oceanfront. The condo was exactly as described, it was neat and with the exception of quite a bit of sand that was not cleaned between the washer and dryer everything else was great. All amenities were exactly as described, loved the coffee/kueric maker all in one. Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully I can book the same one next year. Walking distance to the community pool which was wonderful. Best condo I have stayed in a very long time. ##### WANDA W. The ad was accurate on the condo. It was a great location on a nice area of beach, and within walking distance of the boardwalk area. The walls and ceiling are thin, so expect noise from the adjacent condos. The property management company was quick to respond and easy to deal with. ##### Brian S.
