From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a wonderful vacation! We have never taken our 2 dogs on vacation with us so we were nervous about how “dog friendly” the house and neighborhood was. If that is you, then no worries!! This place is perfect! AND VERY CLEAN! There was no smell of past dogs in the house and the fenced in back yard was such a blessing as we have one dog that will not potty on a leash. As for the humans, we had a great time too! The owners provided bikes that we took full advantage of every day! Honestly, it was one of the highlights of our vacation! Being so close to the Greenway paved trail was AWESOME! Also, take our advice and go ahead and rent a golf cart! There’s plenty of room in the garage for parking/charging it AND you’ll enjoy not having to walk that half mile down to the beach. Also, the neighborhood around the house is so pretty (esp at night) you’ll want to take the golf cart for evening pleasure rides! There’s so many local places to eat and have dessert that u won’t have to leave the immediate area if u don’t want to. We have vacationed in the areas for 14 yrs now and this year was definitely one of our favs!! The owners are extremely nice and quickly respond to any questions or concerns and also provided us with several recommendations regarding local spots to eat and have a good time! Plenty of parking space and roomy interior.
