Fully remodeled, this bright space boasts ocean views, a pool and easy beach access, perfect for a restful getaway. At Casa Al Mare you can walk everywhere avoid CB parking fees. Visit the boardwalk -lined with pizza, donut, arcades, ice cream stands, bars, restaurants and high-flying amusement rides in the summer, there are always new things to see and do on the Boardwalk including shops, an oceanfront walkway, swings and open space for music, art and events. Cabana also provides private gated access for additional security with covered parking and elevator. Note that the Clubhouse is now open to Owners, Guests, and Tenants. This is a great venue for playing cards, foosball, games, or to watch a movie. We have a small share library we hope everyone utilizes. There are books for children and adults. As you enter the property, the bedroom with a King bed will be on your left. The bedroom connects to a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The open kitchen and living area is roomy and has access to the balcony which overlooks the Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your home cooked meals and the living room has a Queen sleeper sofa. We loved this place for a gateway from the city and being right on the beach! Quick, convenient access to everything, walking to shopping, live music, and dining. We love going to shuckin' shack for oysters. Place is completely renovated, tasteful and lovely. King bed is a game changer on vacation! Property managers used most of the storage space for their own use. Bedroom had no windows and the fan didn’t work. The fan pull was in a drawer. Was told by property manager that fan could not be fixed. Towel holder in bathroom was not affixed to wall bracket. There were numerous threatening posts (texts, emails and in apartment) about fines and eviction if you didn’t follow rules. Couch needs to be retired.
