Coral Reef - Low Tide - The lower suite of this adorable coastal cottage home offers comfort with a touch of shabby-chic and beachy hues bringing all the relaxing vibes. This first floor 2 bedroom/1.5 bath unit is just one row from the beach where you can still hear the ocean waves and 1 block from the Intercoastal marina. The QUEEN bed offers a plush luxury mattress and the triple TWIN TX bunk beds offer encased 8” memory foam/cooling gel composition mattress. WIth two bunks and a trundle this spacious 3 bed bunk can sleep just the kids and or the family. All mattresses, pillows and bedding are new for the 2025 season. We hope our guests will be comfortable when it comes time to recharge after their fun filled beach days. Smart TV’s are placed in each room allowing guests to utilize personal subscriptions (such as Netflix or Hulu) along with a WIFI computer connection whether you want to sit back and enjoy some tv or movies or if you need to check your email or work remotely. Guests are welcome to bring their own Fire Stick, Apple TV, Laptop w/ HDMI cable or another such casting device should they desire. Linens (bed sheets, bath towels, wash cloths, bathmats and kitchen towels) along with pillows and lightweight all weather quilts ARE included in your suite rental! Courtesy Essentials provided includes soap and shampoo left in the bathroom as well as a (2) starter roll sof TP, a (2) garbage bag, dishwasher pods/soap, laundry pods, and a sponge/towel set in the kitchen to get you started. Local grocery shopping options on the island are Food Lion and Publix.The Dollar General also features a small grocery section. If you like local/organic small markets - the Veggie Wagon is a must! Outdoor Shower is located at the front of the home to help rinse the sea and sand off after a day at the beach. Deck: Guests have access to their own private family sized deck. Including rocking chairs, a porch swing. Enjoy the sunrise and beach sounds while you have your morning coffee or listen to waves and look at the stars to end your day. PARKING: each suite has access to (2) 8'x14' assigned parking spaces. Please only Park in your assigned spaces. BEACH Access: the closest is at Oyster Shell Public Beach Access (Oyster Shell Lane). There is a beach access off to both the left and right of the property. Location: Pleasure Island/Carolina Beach is a coastal barrier island in Southeastern North Carolina just south of Wilmington. It’s also just a minute walk to the beach. We loved being on the lower level, making it easier to take out our dogs and take our baby places. Location is perfect for easy access to the beach. Restaurants and boardwalk are within a walkable distance. We had everything we needed to cook meals on site. Since we were working, wi-fi was important and we had no issues and could even work outside from the rocking chairs.
