Extras include hardwood floors, stainless appliances, metal roof , outdoor shower and great parking! The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents. Getting Around: \- Free parking at condo \-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town \-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations. \-Uber cars and taxi's are also available Other Things to Note: We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Séjour de 6 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Dan P. 19 juill. 2023 Points faibles : Propreté #### Unsatisfactory PROS: washer and dryer work well, upstairs masters bathroom is nice; very close to the beach; property manager was responsive and had cleaning team come the next day when we expressed our concerns but as you can see in the cons, the cleaning crew could only do so much given all the issues from ceiling to floor in the place. CONS: pictures do not accurately represent how the place is currently--dirty, worn down and unkempt (we had two kids under 2 who after walking/crawling around the place had black feet)--floors and baseboards were filthy; kitchen appliances looked like someone splashed food and drinks all over them; rugs/runners/couches/kitchen chair upholstery were visibly dirty and stained; downstairs mattress was very uncomfortable/slanted downwards; shower curtains were filled with mold/mildew; bathroom ceiling with mold/mildew; bunk bed frames had gunk on them; broken blinds; dishwasher filter was filled with food; bunk bed room had exposed nails on the floor boards; walls and doors were stained/dirty; no cleaning supplies in the home so if you wanted to wipe down counters or table, you couldn't. ##### Dan P. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Kitchen was very well stock with everything you need.
