Relax and spend time with friends and family in this family oriented unit and at the beach. The front balcony is great for sunning during the day and listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breezes in the evening with a cool drink in hand. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 sets of twin over full bunks. Makes a great kids room. My teenagers bring friends and always claim this room. Super friendly and helpful about the area…always quick to respond! The place was in a good location, good size. The only negative was I don’t think the cleaning crew made much of an attempt to clean before we got there, it was definitely cleaner when we left than when we arrived. That part is kind of a bummer since we have to pay a cleaning fee. The sheets/towels were clean so it wasn’t a huge deal just surprising given the reviews. We stayed for a week with several of our adult children.Some key pros include:- The location is perfect; walk to the beach access was very short. - The condo had everything we needed.- The street is nice and calm, even on weekends.- Andrew was very responsive. We had an internet issue that was due to the provider, and he responded very quickly.- Host provided a number of extras including beach stuff so we didn't have to bring it, like chairs and a cart.- The balcony on the front AND back was a favorite feature so we could look out over the beach or the intracoastal waterway. After staying at many different places, Carolina Beach is our new favorite beach vacation location, and this condo was a perfect place to experience all it had to offer. The condo location was fantastic and owner was super nice and helpful! The view was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip! We couldn’t have been more satisfied with everything. Condo was also very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed! (Just adding that the steps were a little rough since there were several flights so just be cautious if you have someone who struggles with stairs or walking) ##### Courtney M. It was our first time staying in a condo on vacation- we had plenty of space and excellent views and a short walk to the beach! Wish there was an elevayor so we wouldnt have been out of breath everytime we had to make trips back and forth to the car. Talk about legs hurting from all the steps. We had fun tho. Had to rewash some dishes before using them because they were not clean (could have been from previous people staying).there was plenty to do and everyone was talking about how we should do this again. ##### Danielle H. We decided to celebrate a less traditional Thanksgiving this year, and we were grateful to find this beach condo with the advertised sunrise view just a short walk from gorgeous, deserted Carolina Beach. We accessed the beach itself easily from the public entry points and throughly enjoyed walking and shell seeking at low tide. Sleeping and cooking arrangements were ideal, especially for the price. The five of us baked pies, made fish tacos, used the on-site waffle maker, and enjoyed beach walks and a puzzle. Our only disappointment was not being able to watch movies and TV as a whole family in the very comfortable living area with the largest (but not connected, not smart) TV. There were smart TVs with access to streaming services in all 3 bedrooms, however. Heads up: the unit is a 3rd (4-story) floor walk-up, and the designated parking is pretty narrow. For serious cooking, you might want to bring your own knives and any special cookware. There is a Publix within a very short drive on the island, and a mini-mart and coffee shop just a few blocks' walk. ##### Strother M.
