Spend your time at Carolina Beach in an oceanfront duplex with an extraordinary deck overlooking the ocean, this unit on one level. Also check out our other unit on VRBO 3830440. Amazing, unobstructed panoramic views of the beach and ocean will take your breath away. First renting in 2024, everything is almost new in this exceptionally appointed unit. You will have the entire top floor in this 2 unit house. If you don’t spend all your time on the beach, the rest of the time will be spent on the huge deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy meals at the dining table on the deck, or hang out, read a book, enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the waves from two pairs of comfy chairs. The gathering room features two sofas and a chair that are perfect for relaxing and socializing. We have a selection of books, games, and DVDs/Blu-rays for all ages. The wall-mounted TV tilts and turns for better viewing for everyone. We installed a water softener system to make for much more enjoyable showers. The kitchen has a separate faucet set up with a reverse osmosis water dispenser giving you delicious water to drink and use in your cooking. The fridge is also connected to this system. No need to bring cases or gallons of water. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are dishes, flatware, cookware, knife set and the all-important wine glasses. There is a multi-cup Keurig (bring your k-cups), regular coffee pot (we supply filters), electric tea kettle and toaster. There is also a blender to make your frozen margaritas and a hand mixer if you need one. We provide some cooking essentials, so you don’t have to bring your whole kitchen with you. There is salt and pepper, cooking oils and an assortment of herbs and spices. We also provide foil, baggies, etc. The dining table has seating for six, There are 4 chairs and a bench, comfortable for everyone to dine together or play games. There are high quality towels and linens for all the beds/bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have smart TVs and black out window treatments so you can sleep in. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. In addition, we provide a starter set of dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent sheets and dryer sheets. Smart locks allow you to arrive any time after the standard entry time. You have your own code and you don’t have to worry about carrying keys with you. Each unit has parking for 3 cars, no worries there. The outdoor storage unit has beach chairs and a beach canopy. Bring your beach towels and toys! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand. The Carolina Beach boardwalk is about a mile north and the Kure Beach pier is a mile south. The Tiki Bar is a few hundred yards away for your afternoon beverage delight or lunch on the beach. There are within walking distance. Come and spend your Carolina Beach getaway at Ocean Oasis. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we book only weekly from Saturday to Saturday . The rest of the year is flexible with 2-4 day minimums depending on the time of year. For security purposes, there is a camera in the carport, at the rear corner near beach storage rooms and at the rear corner monitoring the beach walkway. Please note: the property is strictly non-smoking; there is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit, around the decks nor anywhere on the complex property. We came with our 2 adult children and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The finishings and furniture were very nice. The kitchen was very well supplied. There was nothing that we needed that was not there. The location is amazing. Only the length of the private walkway to get to the beach. Just put your chairs out on the beach early if you want a spot near the house as the beach gets crowded. Outside shower was a nice bonus as was the availability of beach chairs and a sun shade for the beach. We had a couple of very minor issues and the hosts were easily accessible and the issues were readily resolved. The only 2 negatives were- no beach towels provided as we flew there and had to pack an extra bag with beach towels. The other negative was that our flight landed early and we had checked a few days ahead to see if early check in was available, which it was- for 100 for each hour early. The problem was we had no car and needed to do something with our luggage but we were able to store our luggage at the house so it all worked out. We absolutely loved our stay at Carolina Beach, loved the fantastic home and Linda and Dean were great hosts. We would highly recommend staying here and if we came back to Carolina Beach, there is nowhere else we would want to stay. ##### Susan M. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect beachy vibe that instantly made us feel relaxed and at ease.The view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of waves and having coffee on the deck with an oceanfront view was pure bliss. The beach was just steps away, and it felt like we had our own private slice of paradise.The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals when we wanted to stay in. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole space was thoughtfully designed with every little detail in mind.Linda was very communicative, helpful, and clearly takes pride in making her home a special experience. We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but this one is truly top-tier.We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. Highly recommend — this place is a gem! ##### Abby D. From the moment you ride up the elevator (a necessity for us as two 70 year old seniors), and you enter directly into the unit, you will be amazed at how stunning the condo is. Perfectly described on the VRBO listing, you will enjoy ocean front views, a private ocean boardwalk to the water, beautiful furnishings, top-of -the-line appliances and extremely comfortable beds. There was nothing that needed to be provided except your own personal items and food for meals you wanted to cook. The location of the property is within a 5-15 minute drive of several restaurants. As we were visiting during Christmas week, a lot of places were closed but there were still excellent restaurants to enjoy and, if you are hikers, several trails at the end of the island in Kure Beach at the Fort Fisher State Historic Park.Linda, the owner, provided excellent and immediate response to any questions we had. We absolutely would recommend Ocean Oasis (the top floor for sure!) and will look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you Linda for all your assistance and help during our stay. I never write reviews but this condo deserves one!!! It was amazing! The sunrises were breathtaking, the unit was spotless! They supplied you with everything you could possibly need. The furniture was so comfortable. There is not a negative thing I can say. I know when we come back to Carolina Beach this is the only place we will ever stay at! They have thought of everything to make your stay easy. The Welcome booklet Linda and Dean put together is a one stop place for all the things you need to know about the house and the area. They checked in with us to make sure that we did not have any questions. Coffee on the deck, watching the dolphins and the surfers every morning. The beach is close and lovely. Gorgeous home right on the beach with private walkway to the sand. The home is so beautiful and comfortable. From unobstructed sunrise views to the home being equipped with just about everything you could possibly need, this is the perfect beach home away from home. Only thing you need to bring is your suit and beach towels! Linda, the host, was so gracious and responded immediately to messaging. Linda was the perfect host and accommodating in every way possible. My mother could not stop smiling as we sat on the spacious and comfortable deck overlooking the ocean. Although the weather did NOT cooperate, we enjoyed time together in the beautiful townhome. The home is beautifully decorated, everything is perfect and spotless. The home is furnished with anything you could possibly need. When the record breaking rain (18 plus inches) caused unprecedented flooding as we were supposed to be leaving, the hostess allowed us to stay an extra night until it was safe to leave.
