Enjoy the expansive views of the Ocean, gorgeous Sunrises while sipping coffee on the large balcony, and your proximity to all the attractions in the area! A quick drive to Ft. Fischer aquarium, Freeman Park, walk to events at the lake or the newly expanded boardwalk. Grab your flip-flops and prepare to relax! This condo is fully loaded and ready to be your summer vacation destination! This condo has a very open feel and fantastic ocean views! The cozy living room has a wall of windows leading to the balcony, so you can see the ocean from anywhere in the main living spaces. It's open to the dining area with a small table as well as the kitchen that has additional bar stool seating. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you'd need to cook a meal during your stay. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a bunk bed off the entrance, and a sofa bed making it the ideal stay for up to 6 guests. You'll love sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or unwinding at the end of the day while enjoying the sea breeze. Guests will have access to the entire condo, balcony, and community pool. We have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but other than that you will be able to use everything in the condo. We provide a parking pass for 1 car in the lot at the complex. Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking. If only you’re toughest decisions everyday were do we go to the beach, go to the pool, or just hang out and enjoy the oceanfront view from our balcony? Or maybe a little of all three! The unit was nicely decorated, looked recently updated & well kept, and a well stocked kitchen. Oddly no microwave, but not a big deal. Manager was very responsive to address a very minor issue during our stay and to answer all our questions ahead of our stay. Right on the beach, no crossing roads, and a handy hose at the base of the steps for rinsing sandy feet. The pool was on the beach side, shielded from the street, which also kept it shady from the hot afternoon sun. All in all a great place! ##### Keith O.
