Within a few blocks there are fishing charters, shops, restaurants, bars, festivals, events, and other attractions that make this a year round destination. The condo faces the ocean with a public beach access right across the street. The Space: This condo was remodeled extensively in 2021\. All TVs are Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, & other Apps. There is a stack unit washer/dryer in the condo. Outdoor Pool is generally open May-October 15th. There is a bike rack available if you bring your bike. Guest Access: This is a professionally operated vacation rental condominium. You have access to the entire unit. Getting Around: Walk! You can walk to most anything in Carolina Beach from this location. The boardwalk is two blocks away. Beach Access across the street. Fishing Charters available across the street on the other side. Over a dozen shops, restaurants, & bars, are within walking distance. Other Things to Note: Access: Enter using an electronic code doorknob so you can check in as soon as you arrive! The code is changed between each guest. Parking: Assigned Parking for 2 Cars. An hourly/daily pay parking lot is available next to Beach Harbour if you need more parking. This lot is free in the Winter. Bedding Information: Queen, Pyramid Bunk (top twin, full middle, twin trundle under), sofa bed. Interaction with Guests: We are available at anytime. We prefer to communicate through the app to keep track of any communications. I had to clean the outside table. I had to scrub it so I know it has not been cleaned in some time, the patio doors had not been cleaned in a long time. Lots to see and do around the condo as well which was fun! A few things we noticed and that might be very helpful for the next family-add a microwave plate in the microwave. Make sure to have WiFi log in and password printed off somewhere, maybe near tvs or on the written on the cute chalk board. The chairs at the dining room table seem to be falling apart a bit as far as the seats. It would be very helpful to possible have a phone number to reach out to Brandon-he did reply to email fairly quickly though which was greatly appreciated! A pitcher to make tea/lemonade might be a nice addition in the kitchen as well. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets which was very nice!! We were aware that both sliders were going to be replaced (not in time for our stay though) so that will be very comforting to the next family for sure! Adorable patio furniture to enjoy the sunrise and even the occasional lighting storm at night as well!! Overall, a wonderful place to stay, we enjoyed our family vacation greatly!! The beach is across the street and spectacular. We didn’t need our car for anything but the rental came with 2 parking spots. The inside of the condo was just renovated, decorated nicely and pretty clean. The back patio was perfect for enjoying the cool breeze in the shade after a day on the beach. The bad: Didn’t like having to rent the sheets and bath towels, making and unmaking our own beds while on vacation. There were no hangers or enough places to hang wet towels. Master bathroom shower was tiny. Sliding doors out to the patio do not lock. Building was old and run down - pool was tiny. All in all, a good value for the money with a few improvements needed. The location wasn’t ideal for us because it seemed like a seedy part of town but a very short walk to all the action at the marina, boardwalk, fireworks, live music, bars, restaurants and shops.
