The property is in the perfect location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The hosts communicated quickly and instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. I think the only area of improvement would be more detailed cleaning. The wall/window above the master bed was dusty and the master shower curtain and rings were rusty. I wish we could give an overall stay of 4.5 stars because everything else was great. I will say the property is close to a couple of bars/restaurants which is convenient, but some of them do have loud night life that at times went late into the night. We weren't bothered by it and our kids went to sleep easily with the noise, but it might be something some people need to take into consideration. ##### Katie H.
