"Bob makes it so easy. Simple check in, great parking situation, easy check out. We love the front and back porches, the kitchen, the comfortable beds and couch. Even during a rainy stay we had a great time."

"We really enjoyed Jeff and Jeremy's condo. The location is great, it had everything we needed, and it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 3 plus 2 dogs. We really enjoyed being next to the pier and Freeman park beach. Fireworks on Thursday night are visible from the pier (and far enough away that the sound of the waves drowned out the sound of the fireworks so dogs don't get spooked). We enjoyed the pool and the gazebo across the street, and long walks with the dogs on Freeman park beach (just a 5-minute walk behind the pier to get to the beach). I had my kite, and flew that on the beach as well. Thanks Jeff and Jeremy! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Carolina Beach."

"We had the best time staying here! Close enough to walk to everything but far enough from the boardwalk there is privacy! Check in and check out was seamless. The hosts were more than accommodating for a last minute change in our stay! We will definitely be back! "
"Great location to beach and boardwalk just a block away. Plenty of food options. Older motel property that has been completely renovated and modernized. We had the king one room. Had fridge microwave and single Kurig with k cups and supplies. Bed was very good, clean meals seen bathroom. Cute balcony seating for watching the lights of the rides. Quiet. Families. Will go back!"
