"AVOID!!! Looks like a good place but by far the worst hotel experience i have ever had. The front desk staff was nice but everything else sucks. I shouldnt have stayed there but it was already paid for. My rooms sheets wasnt even changed when me and my wife were there. Didnt realize till morning after we woke up. We got in super late like 11pm at night. Something was smeared on the the sheets and mattress pad on the side of the bed. I have pictures. After my wife asked the front counter in the morning if we could please get the sheets changed because we didnt know what was on it. We came back after a whole day out visiting my family to the sheets not changed and all they did was wipe it off. So gross. So my wife went back down to the desk and asked for for a fresh sheet set and we ended up putting fresh sheets on our selfs. As for breaksfast in the morning forget it go else where unless you want a jimmy dean sandwich you heat up in the microwave or 3 kinds of cereal to choose from along with boiled eggs. I know its continental and complimentary from them but i have never seen so low of choices to choose from in a hotel. I have stayed at cheaper hotels and got more when it comes to breakfast"

"The cabin is lovely and the property is beautiful! The pictures in the post do not do the property justice. Host has updated several furnishings since listing the property including new living room furniture and upstairs sectional. The host called several hours prior to check in letting us know the cabin was ready for check-in. She even provided 2 bundles of wood for the fire pit. Several places in the area sell more if you run out. We had a slight glitch with the door upon arrival. The host responded quickly and had someone at the property the next day for repairs. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Egg Harbor is only a few minutes drive if you don't want to cook. Bed was comfortable, bed linens of good quality. Upstairs loft with sectional was nice for movies in the evening. Loved sitting by the fire listening to the waves and watching the sunsets. Highly recommend staying here!"
