Rooney Ridge Retreat is a beautifully furnished new construction 4 bedroom Tahoe vacation rental home located in the quiet Cedar Flat neighborhood on the picturesque North Shore of Lake Tahoe. South facing for ample sunshine, this home enjoys lovely tree filtered views of the azure waters of Lake Tahoe. The spacious great room with lake view features plenty of seating, and a flat screen television above the gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is spacious with an open plan with the sitting and dining area, and offers granite counter tops and new stainless appliances, including a large six burner range. The 20 foot dining table is perfect for larger gatherings, and can accommodate up to ten guests. Downstairs, the game room (perfect for kids), offers another large television, two more sofas and a ping pong table. They DO NOT get back to you when you have questions. The deck railing was loose and that’s a bit frightening as it’s a big drop down. House needs a good check over for sprucing itself back up.
