Exceptional location with activities for all seasons. Home is just a couple blocks from the water that is a few minutes walk away and has some peekaboo views (tree obstructed) of the lake.

Newly Remodeled in 2022 with 2,100 Square Feet of space for the entire family with all the modern amenities.
* 4 bedrooms with a multi-purpose den that can convert to a 5th bedroom.
* 3.5 baths with bidets to accommodate everyone.
* Upstairs has a bunk room with Multi Game Table including Foosball, table tennis, basketball, air hockey, archery, chess, checkers, and more.
* Another bedroom with Cal-king bed and office space with 500MB high speed mesh wifi throughout the home.
* Huge deck for outdoor dining and entertaining.
* Large front & backyard for summer bbq or kids to play in the snow and build their own sledding hills and forts.
* Plenty of parking with garage and driveway that can fit up to 5 cars.
* Two 4K Smart Tvs and one HD TV with access to most of the streaming services like Hulu, Amazon Video, Disney+, Apple TV, etc.
* DVD player, sound system, tons of board games & puzzles, fireplace to keep cozy, bunk / playroom

Lake Tahoe Experience
My family of 12 stayed at Thai"s house for 4 days. We went skiing, sledding and ice skating on Mt Rose and Northstar.We had a wonderful time. Thai's house was just perfect for our family.The number of rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, family areas was good. I loved the bidets. The location was good and we had short drives to the ski areas. We were extremely satisfied.

Absolutely Perfect!
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful our weekend stay at this home was. Right from the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The house felt warm and welcoming. It's a beautiful, well-maintained home with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our group of 8 adults and 5 kids(3 under 10 and two toddlers).
The house had everything we needed, from ample towels and blankets to a well-equipped kitchen with clear labels on everything. They had an array of games for the family.
The host was exceptional in their understanding and flexibility, especially considering we had to reschedule our stay due to a storm back in February.
The host even provided a helpful binder with instructions and local recommendations, which they had also emailed to us beforehand. A sweet touch was the notes left by the host's kids, adding a personal and friendly touch to our stay.
All in all, every aspect of our stay at this house exceeded our expectations. The well-equipped and welcoming environment, along with the host's excellent communication and thoughtful touches. This level of thoughtfulness is something you rarely find. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful place in nice neighborhood, close to shops and lake. Check in was a breeze Thai did a phenomenal job of sharing information about the property and nearby businesses, shops, places to eat and his recommendations. Prior to us arriving Thai made us feel comfortable by checking in before hand and making sure that he answered all of our questions. The home was spotless and comfortable just as advertised.
