The house is set in a residential neighborhood facing N Lake Blvd. Set in the pine trees with filtered views of the lake, a short walk across the street brings you to the shores of Lake Tahoe! From the living room and kitchen, you can continue to enjoy those glimmering lake vistas. Just down a path from the front door is our recently renovated game room. This fantastic space features: \- A 70-inch TV \- A versatile foosball table that converts to pool and ping pong \- A poker table for spirited game nights Step outside onto the expansive deck to soak in the serene, filtered lake views. The property also boasts a fenced-in backyard, providing a perfect and safe space for your four-legged friend to play. We have room for four cars with two short and flat driveways on the property. To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details: \- Detached Game Room: The game room is not attached to the main house; it is located just down a short path from the front door. \- No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Tahoe, our cabin does not have AC. We recommend opening the windows to enjoy the cool mountain breezes. \- Sleeping Arrangements: Two bedrooms have trundle beds, which are best suited for children or young adults. One trundle wheel is currently damaged; please use it with care while we await a replacement. \- Location Noise: Our home is conveniently located on North Lake Blvd, which can experience traffic noise, especially during peak months. \- Mountain Life: Dust and pollen can accumulate quickly on outdoor furniture. The BBQ and other outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter (typically October- May). \- Weather & Travel: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances like poor air quality or winter snow. The TVS were HUGE. It is easy driving distance to Incline Village and Tahoe City. Note that there is not much within walking distance, e.g., no public beach access within walking distance. A negative, which was mentioned in the description, is that it is near the road and so there is some traffic noise of cars whooshing by. There was a lot of traffic Fri and Sat nights but other nights were pretty quiet. Note that the game table is not full sized, it is a smaller scale that would be suitable for children. The house is as described in the listing. Even though it has the sq footage of the place, I thought it’d be bigger. For our group, it felt a little tight. The living room isn’t really set up for more than four people at the most if the TV is on. We spent most of our time on the front porch with a filtered view of lake. It was nice out there and only really hot for an hour when it was in direct sun. The grill was also nice and in good shape. However, the traffic was pretty loud and consistent as mentioned in the listing. We also appreciated the house being dog-friendly but it was a drive to access the lake at all for the dog as it’s all private access within a walkable range. ##### Chris P. Some updates are needed (windows are hard to open and shut, blinds are old), but it was cozy, cute style, comfortable beds, beautiful views, nice yard, had what we needed. BBQ on deck. The moment we arrived I communicated with the property manager that the house was extremely hot, and the five small fans provided could not cool the house. The property manager told us to open windows and it would cool off, it did not cool off until after 2 am and if you are a light sleeper like me, the noise from the road kept me up. At 3 pm on Day 2 it was over 81 degrees in the house and the house did not cool off that night. I continued to communicate with the property managers, but they did not offer any assistance. We had to go to a hotel the last two nights of our trip. I am giving it two stars because the house was very well stocked and after some back and forth with the property managers they gave us 1 night’s refund. ##### Stephanie K.
