All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. The only downside was we encountered a ton of spiders inside the house, but that’s not uncommon while staying in the woods. I do believe a king bed was advertised when we booked, but all of the single beds were queen sized (per the sheets on each). Communication with property management was simple and efficient. Seen lots of holes in siding from birds that should have been taken care of before we arrived . couldn't sleep in past 6am from the noise and kept having to scare them off to enjoy the patio and the view during the day. The property management didn't even offer any kind of discount. They had several bird flashing things set up so they obviously knew it was an issue. Close to town and restaurants. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan. Would definitely recommend. One thing I will mention is that there are a lot of stairs down to 3 of the bedrooms.
