Maximum occupancy limits- we are limited to 8 people on site / occupying the property. 5). Outdoor Open Flame / Wood Burning / Charcoal Fire Pits & BBQs are now banned at all short term rentals. 6). We cannot accept pets. 7). HOT TUB...Cannot be used after 9:30pm.
