Beautiful tree views with a peek of the lake from the deck, gas grill. Tile entry, bedroom with 2 singles, laundry, 1/2 bath, kitchen counter stools, dining table for 4, and sofabed in living room. Gas fireplace and TV/DVD/VHS. Upstairs, lofted bedroom with King bed, TV, and 3/4 bath. Pool and spas open all summer. Spas open summer and winter daily but limited to Saturdays only in spring & fall. | High Speed Internet is provided with this property, but is not guaranteed. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Upstairs loft, King Bed Bedroom 2 - Downstairs, 2 Twin Beds Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Our properties do not have air conditioning. Carnelian Bay is centrally located between Truckee, North Shore and West Shore. This townhouse is so homey and very pleasant with a good amount of light, but still plenty of trees and privacy. So quiet!!! Nice clean kitchen and bathrooms. The upstairs bed was very comfy, but one of the downstairs beds was a little saggy.
