Independent air-conditioned gîte in the heart of the Cahors vineyard. Country environment, very quiet between vineyards, truffle oaks and oak groves. Private access and parking. Private pool, salt, fenced, heated by solar collectors, facing east, south-west. 21 m² terrace and 6000 m² unfenced and shaded grounds. About 300 m from the winegrower owners. A shed to shelter a motorcycle. Bowling green. Cable / satellite television included canal +. WI-FI. Ping-pong table with rackets. At 700 m, the village of SAUZET where there is a bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, doctor and pharmacy, the post office, a restaurant, ......... As a welcome gift you can taste the products from the vine: CAHORS malbec wine, local wine from the malbec rosé lot and our Quercy aperitif ratafia. On the ground floor: separate kitchen with dining area, separate living room, shower room and separate toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 0.90m and 1 bed 1.40m). Air-conditioned cottage, wood stove, private electric heating. Click-clac, chair and cot on request.
