Exterior: Terrace and enclosed garden, furnished with garden furniture, table, chairs, parasol, and barbecue. Heated swimming pool (2.5 x 4.5 m – depth: 1.40 m), sun loungers, outdoor shower. Pétanque court, outdoor games available (pucks, Mölkky, etc.). Playhouse for children. Other information: Two parking spaces in front of the house, additional spaces available in the development.
