Unit Layout  
The "Ranguhan" is a 5-room terraced house with a living area of 101 square meters spread over two levels, offering a south-facing position. The ground floor features a comfortable living/dining room with direct access to the garden, one bedroom with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules, as well as a shower room and separate toilet. On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), and one room with two single beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). An interconnecting room is also available, complete with a flat-screen TV.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Outdoor facilities comprise a 25-square-meter south-facing terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and two deck chairs. One pet/dog is allowed on the premises, and there is a reserved parking space provided. For your convenience, gas heating and a smoke alarm are also installed.
