Close to leisure park, village and shops approximately 250 m away. Beach approximately 1200 m away. House located on one of the main axes of Carnac Beach / Carnac Town. Terraced house with enclosed garden and terrace, south/west facing. Entrance leading to a corridor with independent toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin. Living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, a flat-screen television, wood-burning stove, dining area open to a large bay window. Open-plan fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. Upstairs offering one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet, a storage room. \- Garage to store bicycles, pushchairs or small nautical equipment - with washing machine and storage, \- Complete garden furniture, \- One parking space in front of the garage.
