Duplex apartment of 55m², located on the 1st floor, main aspect South/West. First level: Living room: sofa, television, dining area, access to balcony. Open kitchen with living room equipped with 2 hobs, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. Shower room with washbasin Separate toilet. 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90cm).
