    To the east of Carnac-Plage, residence located in a quiet dead-end street, approximately 200 m on foot from the Beaumer and Men-Dû beaches, 300 m from a supermarket, 1200 m from the shopping centre, 1500 m from the sailing club and Thalassotherapy.



    Duplex apartment of 55m², located on the 1st floor, main aspect South/West.



    First level:

    Living room: sofa, television, dining area, access to balcony.

    Open kitchen with living room equipped with 2 hobs, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine.

    Shower room with washbasin

    Separate toilet.

    1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90cm).



    In duplex: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (80cm).



    A parking space.



    Ideal for a family of up to 5 people.



    Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

    Deposit: €350 to be paid on site

    Charges: electricity included from June to September, based on meter reading outside this period

    Tourist tax: to be paid on site

    No pets allowed

    Linen not provided: possibility of rental at an additional cost

    End of stay cleaning to be done by yourself or additional flat rate.
