Propreté qui laisse à désirer (cheveux dans les lits, poils dans les WC, poussières et toiles d’araignées...). Logement vieillissant qui aurait bien besoin de quelques aménagements surtout au niveau du rangement, gros manque de place, pourtant du potentiel.
