You'll love its exceptional location in the heart of the Carnac estate, right on the water. You'll love the south-facing private terrace, perfectly laid out and unoverlooked. A real corner of paradise you won't want to leave.   
Carnac, its market town and beaches are a 10-minute drive away, where you'll find all the amenities you need: bars, restaurant, supermarket, bakery, wine and cheese shop.   
  
This magnificent 60 m2 cottage sleeps 2 people and 1 child.   
  
It has :   
\- Living room with sofa, armchairs and coffee table.  
\- Dining area with bookcase and access to the terrace.  
\- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and large dining table.   
\- Upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds 80/200 (or 1 bed 160/200).  
\- Shower room with WC.
