With its close proximity to the sea, you'll be just 10 meters away from the ocean and a mere 50 meters from the beach, providing direct access to the sandy shores. Amenities include Internet Wifi, limited parking spaces, and a tennis court just 500 meters away. The property is well-suited for up to three adults and offers the convenience of an installment plan.

Unit Layout  
You will find a 2-room apartment spanning 40 square meters across two levels on the first floor. The living/dining room is equipped with a TV (flat screen) and provides access to the terrace. An open alcove contains a french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). The open kitchen features a mini-oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. There is a shower and separate WC. The apartment has electric heating. On the upper floor, you'll find a small room of 5 square meters with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers a terrace of 4 square meters with a south-facing position, providing a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. Terrace furniture is available for your convenience. Additional amenities include a hair dryer, internet (WiFi, free), and a smoke alarm. Pets are allowed, with one pet/dog permitted. Please note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).  
  
Other Information  
This vacation rental is offered by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI. The maximum capacity is four guests, with one bedroom and one bathroom available.
