Picturesque and private, this is a 4-season retreat. Cleaned and disinfected thoroughly each time. The large in-ground pool is solar heated and salt water. There is a large built in BBQ and outdoor dining table on the deck outside the kitchen. Perfect for a friends or family getaway, corporate event, work, or simple relaxation and entertaining, this contemporary haven is newly renovated, with brand-new elegant and comfortable Restoration Hardware furnishings, a stone mantle with a pellet stove insert. Many skylights and sun-filled. Fios Wifi, central air and heating are included. There are two large living and dining rooms on the main floor, a bar, powder room, and the gourmet kitchen is open to both indoor dining areas; or dine al fresco on the wrap around terrace, above the hot tub overlooking the pool. The lower level can be accessed internally, or through its own outside entrance, and has a cozy living room, dining/card table, a full bathroom, a King bedroom (sleeps 2), and a large bunkbed room. Upstairs are three Queen bedrooms with a full bathroom nearby, and the Master King bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite 5 piece spa/bathroom with a double tub, bidet and separate shower and large skylight. Relax under the stars in the outdoor hot tub. Our party was 10 adults and 7 children, ages 5-15\. We had an amazing time! The house, grounds, and pool were immaculately clean. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and utensils, and there were tons of towels available for the pool and hot tub. The host even supplied us with a new iron when we asked if one was available. Check in and out was smooth and easy, and the host was quickly responsive. Lots of space to spread out family and friends. Multiple areas for relaxing and gathering! We were there for the holidays but it has to be phenomenal in the summer with the outdoor areas of expansive porch, pool and yard. There are lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Property is tucked away in a spot off a main road so you don’t hear or see traffic. Kelly, our host, was incredibly responsive to any questions. We had one issue with hot tub that Kelly reconciled. House was very clean. Downstairs area is newer and has a very large bunk bed room, extra seating space and small kitchenette and a king size bedroom. LOVED IT A couple of friends and I (16 people) stayed for a 3 day weekend and we absolutely LOVED IT! Spacious kitchen to cook for all of us, lots of common areas to bond and talk and the home itself was beautiful and welcoming with a touch of modern. Kelly made the stay easy and seamless as possible! Simple checkout and she was also able to accommodate a couple of special resquests. The pictures don't do this place justice. My only caveat is that we stayed in the winter and didn't have the weather to truly enjoy the pools, field, hammocks and grill. Guess that means it's time for another stay. ;) ##### Renz S. I went with my extended family for a fall getaway. The check-in process was seamless. There was plenty of room for everyone to be able to relax without being on top of each other. The outside space is gorgeous and the pool is fully fenced which is important when traveling with kids. The house was well stocked with much more than the bare essentials which many rentals provide. There was a minor issue which was resolved right away with excellent communication. It was so clean and I have very high cleanliness standards. We would definitely return again. ##### caitlyn m. I booked this property because I had to cancel my original reservation due to the host's racist comments. I found Kelly's listing TWO days before my birthday and I think that was the best thing that could've happened to me. PICTURES DON'T DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE! My only advice is maybe add more photos to show the true beauty of this gem. I loved that the house felt so private due to the long driveway. It felt like we were in our own world. We were a group of 20 and we all fit very comfortably. The place was super clean and had all new appliances and furniture. Kelly was great at communicating and was so nice! We did have a small issue with the hot water running cold but Kelly had it fixed immediately and even granted us a complimentary night for the inconvenience! I definitely did not want to leave.
