« Nous avions une réservation pour deux chambres mais lors du Check in, le monsieur n’a vu qu’une chambre, nous a attribué celle qui était finalement la plus petite. Comme nous étions 5, on nous a fourni un extra bed, mais cassé donc notre fille a dormi sur un matelas par terre. J’ai demandé à l’hotel Le remboursement de la deuxième chambre mais aucune réponse de leur part pour le moment. »
