« Nice and close to Carlsbad caverns. The house isn’t large, but has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, large kitchen, TVs everywhere. Great use of space. »

« House is cute and in a nice walkable neighborhood. The upstairs of the home (kit, living room, dining) was nice. Owners had a great coffee area set up, only thing was there were not coffee filters, so we didn't get to take advantages of the coffee. The downstairs was disappointing, the carpet is stained and the downstairs area smells. I guess this is good for those who have their pets (which we did not). Each bedroom had an air-conditioner unit. The check-in was smooth, minus the 2 different...

« Check in was smooth and easy, we had the code the day before sent to us so we were ready to go. All the host asked was for us to let them know when we left. The house was very clean and the furnishings were cute and comfortable. The sheets smelled really clean like they’d just been washed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Carlsbad Caverns or Guadalupe it was a great location to see both. »

« This was a great property in a new area of town. Very clean. Easy to get to. Well stocked. Was a perfect place for our group to experience New Mexico and close to Carlsbad Caverns, which were amazing! »

« Fine property but several inconveniences. Upstairs shower is very small, not usable for any adult or teenager, so expect to only have one shower. Additionally main shower head is damaged and has a significant leak out the bottom of the head. No kitchen trash bags or paper towels were provided so we had to go buy some. Overall it was good for a weekend stay where we weren't at the house much. »

« This property is located perfectly for day trips to Carlsbad Caverns, Roswell, and White Sands. The house is a clean, cool, and calm oaises. The kitchen was stocked with a few basics for cooking (spices & EVOO). Great restaurants close by. »

« Convenient location to Carlsbad Caverns. Lots of rooms and beds. Overall vey clean and comfortable but one of our party thought his sheets had an odor. TV in every room with lots of channels on Roku. Would certainly stay again. »

« The house was stocked nicely! It was in a great location that was accessible to all the activities we wanted to do. The property manager was amazing. We had a problem with the TV, and she was there quickly and solved the issue. I would definitely recommend this rental! »

« We enjoyed the stay immensely at La Cueva! The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of five. It allowed the kids space to spread out and relax after a long drive to Carlsbad, as well as after some long days visiting both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mtns NPs. The proximity was great for both. The home perfect for preparing meals as well, with everything needed on hand. Thanks for a wonderful stay! »

« If you are looking to visit the National Park and other things in the area this was a great house and location. It is the desert so nothing is close, but this was centrally located for everything we did. And, we loved that it was an older home. »

« My parents live in Carlsbad and we needed a house for all our family who came to visit. The property has a lot of potential and decorated very nicely but it is really in need of some maintenance. The pool was dirty although I was told it was clean. We brushed it out but the filters Don’t work properly. The railing into the pool is broken and potentially dangerous. It should be fixed or removed. The window shades are old and brittle and fall off when you open or close them. Several of the lights...

« My friend and I spent a week traveling NM and stayed here after visiting Carlsbad caverns. It’s a really cute house, the area felt very safe, and it’s by plenty of food and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area! »

« The property was exactly as advertised and was clean and easy to access. Not a lot of outdoor area but close to several parks/playgrounds so worked great. We stayed here several nights as we visited Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park - we were close enough to visit those easily and in an area where we had easy access to anything we needed. House was clean and everything about check in and out were easy! »
