This is my second time traveling to a Staybridge Suites and I continue to enjoy and be happy with its offerings for my family. The mini kitchen, lounge area are perfect and it helps us not to feel overcrowded in one room. While the breakfast is typical for these traveling hotels, there are still lots of options for all diets. The place is clean, parking is easy and I like that their is a quiet hours policy. Also the A/C and heating unit in the room is not a noisy external box. We all slept and ate great and I would highly recommend this hotel; especially if visiting Legoland.

Second floor was repainted and had a headache from the paint my entire stay. Shower was dirty with someone else hair all over. Just not the same experience I had my last visit.

Staff greeted with a big smile when I checked in, ran out of conditioner, within 5 min staff brought a new bottle to room.cooking staff was out during breakfast to help with anything if needed, quickly cleaned tables for next guest to have their meal.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The facility was perfect for our stay. Great spot, centrally located to LEGOLAND and Safari Park. Highly recommended for small families.

We stayed in a newly renovated suite. Bed was super comfortable. Only a few comments, furniture was dusty and the sheets looked like they had stains. Addressed and was quickly resolved. Breakfast good with lots of variety.

Would have given 5 stars but the one thing I was looking forward to was the hot tub and the one night I had to use it. It was COLD. Very disappointed. Informed the front desk and they said. Oh someone hit the emergency stop but if they knew that. Why didn’t they fix it. Breakfast was nice, everything was great other than the hot tub situation!!

I was moved from the Staybridge to the Holiday Inn Carlsbad next door 30 minutes before I arrived because my room was being remodeled. The manager handled the process well but my stay at the Holiday Inn was awful and not as advertised. I've never been rented a room that wasn't finished before. I would exercise caution staying here.

Nice size 2 bedroom for families and a very convenient and good breakfast buffet. Parking was easy and safe, quiet area. Only downside was outdoor space could have used a good cleaning and landscaping help.

Hello Sathish, Next time you visit, please consider booking one of our one-bedroom or two-bedroom suites for extra space. Our standard or base room is a studio (all in one) but the other options have separate bedrooms with more space in them. Thanks for staying with us!

Nice location, quiet, clean and the staff is nice. Luca checked us (me and my 2.5yo twins) in with a smile. He was very helpful and I certainly appreciated it! The room was nice and clean enough although there was hair on the carpet. The beds were nicely made and looked inviting. I so loved having a kitchenette with small children - such a plus! Just a couple things I didn’t like: the HVAC unit is LOUD and the smoke detectors (mostly the one in the bedroom) have 2 small lights on either side that actually flash continuously. SMH! It was so hard to sleep. I called the front desk around 8:45pm and they called engineering to inquire. Unfortunately, the front desk associate did not follow up with me so I had to call back to do so. Yes, that’s how they operate. :-(( I had some noisy upstairs neighbors but when I reported it to the FD around 12:30pm, it was taken care of. :-) The breakfast buffet is decent. :-) Check-out was simple and the young associates were friendly and even kept a watchful eye on the twins while I took 5mins to move the car closer in the rain to load. Will is stay here again - of course!

Took a family vacation to SoCal. We really liked Staybridge. We were able to book a 2 bedroom suite, which is nice with adults. The breakfast buffet is good. There is a kitchen with everything we needed, sport court, spa, bbq, fitness center and pool. The area is nice and close to grocery and restaurants. Highly recommend. It lived up to is description unlike so many places.

My wife loved this hotel! I was skeptical at first because of the smell of dogs in the lobby (this hotel is pet friendly and we don't own dogs). But the room they showed me was so clean and fresh, even the air in the room smelled fresh. Full kitchenette with a powerful fridge, sofabed with tv in the living room, King sized bed with tv in the separate bedroom, bathroom with a real door and lots of shower pressure. I really felt like i was taking a gamble by taking my wife to a pet friendly hotel but she actually said this was her favorite hotel during our whole trip, even over the Hilton hotels! We slept so comfortably and the staff was great. I was helped by Sheridan at the front desk and she was so nice! Parking felt safe because the hotel is nestled away in a nice area. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.

Jacuzzi was green, pool was dirty with dirt on the ground. Room was clean and spacious. Did get hurt and reported to the front desk but not came from it and it happened on the first night. Moved one of the small sitting furniture and a pin at the bottom cam off when simply pushing furniture and punctured my toe. Told the front desk and was told what do you want me to do and that was all that came from it. Had to move to the side because couldn’t rest another falling off. At the bottom of the furniture you could till to others fall off before my stay. Still left with a hurt toe and furniture that was left in room. Really hope another kids or person doesn’t experience what happened to me!

Great service. Easy to make reservations. Rooms were beautiful and very functional with dishes and full kitchen. Good location: Business district, close to stores, & easy to reach downtown and nearby cities. Overall very happy. It was very clean too. I do suggest top floor as we had multiple young children upstairs that we had to call the front desk to get them to settle down. (the dishes in the cabinets were rattling!) Exceptions management should consider: All rooms except shower/toilet rooms were really dark even with all lights on. Very difficult to put on make-up in the bathroom sink area! A magnifying mirror, dish rag for washing dishes, knowing the TV guide channel would be helpful too. I wanted premium TV service. Last hotel I stayed at allowed me to sign in to my Netflix account & YouTube. No cream for coffee in room. Pool towels were the size of dish towels. Pool and outside area beautiful. Hot tub looked dingy/not inviting. No Bible to be found in any of the drawers.

Very clean property, plenty of parking. Close to the outlets and Legoland. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff and helpful when we realized we forgot a charger in the room after check out.

I loved this hotel. It was in a great area and location next to a lovely shopping complex with coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms were really nice. The breakfast was good. They had happy hour 3 times a week which was a great touch. The staff were great. The garden and pool area was good. The jacuzzi didn’t seem that clean would be my only downside. Would definitely go again.

My family and I stayed here for a quick over night trip after Legoland and it was a great stay! Very clean, comfy, the rooms are a great size, front desk was friendly and check in/out was so quick. The breakfast buffet was perfect for my family. Would definitely stay here again!
