The place is clean and staff are very helpful. Restaurant is Conveniently located close to the lobby. Pool is nice and easily accessible. We’ll definitely consider this hotel for our next visit.

The front desk guy was great. I can’t believe I forgot his name. Nice dressed black gentleman. So nice and did three things at once and was never flustered. The bar was good. Not quiet, kids running loud, and all next to seaworld. Room good. Balcony good. Spa was great at the other hotel. Very good. Living room was in between the king bed no door with balcony, then the room with twins beds had a door. Clean. Nice to walk around property. Food is close by.

Very much enjoyed our stay at The Sheraton at Carlsbad. The facility was beautiful and very welcoming. Jonny at the front desk was friendly, helpful and did everything possible to ensure we had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the hotel. Only issue is that the address stated sends you to the Westin. Not an inconvenience, but I’m sure others would be irritated after traveling all day.

It’s a very lovely property. Lots of amenities and good pool area for children and lifts for handicapped to get into pool and spa. The only problem was lack of soundproofing between rooms. I was awakened at 12:30am by people coming into the next room. Excessive resort fee $25/day plus expensive room.

It was just OK. The bed was comfortable & clean. The room was dated and lacking with small amenities like makeup mirror, individual shampoos and soap! You have to request housekeeping and they charge nightly for parking on the premise and of course, the resort fees these hotels tack on. This was a business trip so we did not utilize any of the hotel resort amenities. We probably not choose this hotel again.

I thought the property was lovely but what was unfortunate was that 1) Someone kept knocking on our door at 1am then 2) the SMOKE ALARM went off at 3am and although I called the front desk no one answered and it woke up all up so it was a rough night stay . Otherwise the Hotel pool was lovely .

We have a terrible stay: (1)A/C is broken and can't provided from the room, they didn't give earlier notice until we check-in (2)check-in agent didn't give us the breakfast ticket while our room included it. (3)breakfast ticket is only $20/per person not buffet, but no notice was given when booking or when the ticket is given. Average cost is $40/per person from their restaurant. (4)upstair walking is very noisy at 6am, the insulation between walls is bad. (5)no housekeeping was provided during the nights we stay. This is the worse experience we ever had for any hotels. They have problem in every aspect.
