They are replacing stairways to the beach and widening sidewalks. Nearby access points to the beach are still open and the lower seawall sidewalk on the beach is open. Nothing but positive things to say. The process was easy and the location cannot be beat. The garage parking was a great perk also since the area was fairly busy when we were there. Upon arrival, the place was extremely clean and well maintained and cared for. The attention to detail was obvious. There was plenty of space inside and outside and the overall feel was very comfortable, just like being at home. And we were able to chat with Nancy before we left. We have ZERO complaints.
