Beachside condo #B with 2bd /2 bath

This unit (2bd/2bath, 5 guests, 3 beds) is on the second floor with beautiful ocean view. Located just steps away from the Carlsbad State Beach. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset views from your room. Just minutes away from most things such as restaurant, Bar, cafe shop, convenience store etc.
If there is anything you'd like to have while you're here, don't hesitate to request is in advance! We try to be as accommodating as possible.
Recently renovated and remodeled with modern decorating and furnishing. Two comfortable bedrooms feature King/queen beds. With a two-seat sofa which can be pullout into a bed. In addition to two full baths, the property features refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, television, AC, heating, celling fan. Two barbecue grills on the front yard is shared with other guests (total 4 units in the building). Our fill kitchen includes basic cookware, utensils, and dishes. Guests can use the washer and dryer inside the unit or the community machines in the laundry room. We are a Non-Smoking Property. There is no smoking inside or outside on our property. Including the balconies.

Nice ocean views. Kitchen could have been better equipped for cooking…majority of the “spices” were expired;/. not 1dish towel for drying dishes. Had to use a sponge over and over to clean dishes and counters (gross). Only had 1 facecloth in the whole place.Easy to navigate downtown etc. tv was a pain as hooked with Roku and we didn’t have acct…. Nor our “passwords “ to set up new accts. - only turned it on because it rained 75% of time we were there.

Fabulous stay in Carlsbad

We had a great stay at this property right across the street from the beach in Carlsbad. The location is fabulous! Beautiful views! We had everything we needed and wanted. Jason was also super responsive and worked quickly to fix the one problem we had with the internet. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Jason was very communicative. He sent us a note the night before and said the property would be available early if we wanted to check in early. The place was clean, easy to find, parking was fantastic (mid-size SUV for fine) and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Would stay here again!

Loved the property, it made for a great get away. Steps away from the beach, close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Weather was fabulous to top it all off. Would definitely recommend. Jason was a great host, easy to communicate with.

Perfect little Staycation Home

This super cute VRBO was perfect for the 4 of us! BBQ and sunsets galore! Jason was super quick to answer each & every question we had. It made our stay that much more enjoyable. If you are ever in North County & need a place to stay definitely check out this VRBO!

Excellent spot. Beach right out front. Easy walk to Carlsbad village. Unit is clean and has everything you need. Only 1/2 hour to San Diego. Legoland 10 minute drive. Definitely will be back.

We liked the location, the place itself is clean and as described. We loved having beach items in the storage. Only issue was a noise coming from one AC that kept going even after turning the unit off. We only needed the AC for one hour on our last day of our 4 night stay so it wasn't a big deal. Overall I recommend the place and would come again.

Perfect space,perfect location

This is a perfectly located property for us. North to south ocean views and patio for anyone wanting to enjoy without sand and close enough to go back and forth to the beach as often as you want. Walk to town easily. Parking provided. Spacious, well appointed and comfortable inside. We love to cook and the kitchen was a good size. Even with the road out front it was quiet. It was awesome for reconnecting with family. The wifi wasn't best, but we didn't care, we weren't there to work. Best ocean stay ever! everyone else.

Downtown Carlsbad

Location GREAT!!!!! Property location within close (2min)walking distance to beach, (2 min)walking distance to Carlsbad Village. Great location. The street in front of the location gets trafficky in the afternoon and a bit loud,, but is silent after 9pm. Unit B was spacious. A/C’s in both bedrooms and living room worked well. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and even an ice chest to take to the beach. Great value for the price. I would stay there again.
