The Beach Villas are 3 completely private condominiums. Units A, B & C are fully furnished short term rentals each of which have a large private 2 car garage, laundry, and sun deck. The location is perfect for the beach and Village experience. Carlsbad’s best beach voted in Americas Top 20 Beaches is located directly in front with easy access. This beach has beautiful white sand, lifeguards in the summer, bathroom facility and fresh water showers. Only feedback is that the floors and carpet runners were very dirty. Within minutes of walking on the floor with bare feet our feet were nearly black. Love the “extras” for the beach. Beds were very comfortable and decor was great.
