They were easy to get a hold of and checked in via text on regular basis. Loved the amenities this house had to offer. There was more than enough bathroom space for my family of 8 adults. The Bbq and fire pit were in great working condition with extra propane tanks available. The pool was the best feature. It was clean and warm when the weather was cool. There was more than enough patio seating and plenty of room in the house. The fuse ball table was a hit. The location was great, it was a 15 minute walk to the beach or downtown Carlsbad. Loved it, loved it, loved it. We had other family local that hung out with us on the patio with all the cousins using the pool. One of our family members has a walker and was able to walk along the side of the house to get to the patio (no stairs). The house has a few steps between kitchen and family room. I ran down to / along the beach every morning (0.66 mile to the beach). It was wonderful! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
