We are a couple with a dog and are grateful that dogs are allowed. We also really appreciated his thoughtful amenities like the EV charger, Carlsbad Alkaline water, hot outdoor shower the kitchen set up including a blender (we make a lot of smoothies). Jim also provides beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, bougie board, surf board, and towels)We also loved the enclosed outdoor space which seems like an extension of the indoor space. All the plants, trees, and fountains give the place a private Zen garden feel. Even though the street is just on the other side of the trees, there is almost no noise.
