Close to Lake Carlos Marina, Lake Carlos State Park, Zorbaz, Lure Lakebar, Carlos Creek Winery, and the head of the Long Prairie river; there is never a lack of fun options for any vacationer. Have a boat? Tie up to our dock and enjoy all Lake Carlos and the chain has to offer. This includes fishing, surfing, restaurants and more. Enjoy golfing? There are 11 golf courses near Alexandria. It’s like you are on an ocean liner with unobstructed views of the water. Plenty of living space for entertaining. Comfortable beds. Large, flat front yard for entertaining or just letting the kids run around. Head down to the lake for a beautiful sunset and roast some smores in the fire pit. Enormous dock to sunbathe or have some fun in the lake. We had a wonderful time ! Don’t forget the host, Amy. She will respond right away if you need anything. It had a great open layout, so the 7 of us could be on the deck, in the sunroom, in the kitchen or living room and all be in on the conversations. Each day was in the 90s so we didn't use the outdoor grill or fire pit, although both were very nice. Loved sitting on the dock near the lake, as well as viewing the lake from most every window.
