Beacon Cottage offers exceptional quality and comfort from the moment you walk through the door and is beautifully furnished. Beacon cottage has a brilliant aspect, the views are amazing. The owners are very friendly and helpful, their gardens are lovely. The problem for my husband and myself was that the owners lived adjoined to the property. They pottered around maintaining the gardens every day, some holiday makers enjoy the interaction, we don't. As mentioned previously, the cottage is very well equipped and really clean. The fixtures are fittings are top notch and the master bedroom has spectacular views. The drawback for us that it was open plan.......no door/curtain or anything at all separating the two rooms. That made that room unusable for us.
