The Milù is a cozy semi-detached house with two stories, located in the center of Carlazzo, Italy. It offers amenities such as Internet WiFi and parking. With a traffic-calmed area, it is situated 5 km from the center of Porlezza, 21 km from the center of Lugano, and 5 km from the lake. The house is accessible by a 150m footpath, and public parking is available 150m away on the road.

Nearby, you can enjoy a natural swimming pond just 3 km away, a grass beach in Porlezza (5 km), and an indoor swimming pool also within 5 km. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of hiking paths like Cascate di Begna and Monte Grona - Rifugio Menaggio. Additionally, a marina, an 18-hole golf course, a surf school, and a riding stable are all within an 8 km radius.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table. There is an exit leading to a balcony from the kitchen area. On the upper floor, you'll find a double bedroom and another room with two beds, both with access to a balcony. The property also includes a shower, bidet, and toilet facilities.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house boasts gas heating, which is available from October 15th to April 30th each year. The floors are a combination of parquet and natural stone, adding warmth and elegance to the space. Two small balconies are present, complete with balcony furniture, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the resort area. Additional amenities include a hair dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and parking facilities are not available on-site.
