Villa Anna Messina, with step-free interiors, is located in Carini and overlooks the sea. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and is suitable for up to 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, and beach/pool towels. The private outdoor area offers a pool (open from May to September), garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.  
  
The villa enjoys a quiet yet central location: it is only 800 meters from Piraineto station, 1.4 km from the beach, and 5 km from the airport. Palermo is easily reachable in about 30 minutes by train. The area offers several beaches, sports activities, and a variety of restaurants nearby.  
  
The property has a parking space. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The owner, who speaks several languages, lives on the second floor of the villa but guarantees guests' privacy. He is always available and can help you organize activities to make your stay more enjoyable.
