Guest house was close enough yet far enough away from host. All rooms were very comfortable stayed cool despite the heat outside. Owner provided bottled water and everything needed for us to make breakfast and late night dinners after closing down Silverwood. Very close to grocery store and siverwood. Dog and sheep were a hit too. Wi-Fi/tv connection were hit and miss but had no effect on our trip as we were on the go most of the time . That was fully disclosed before we arrived. Everything the owner disclosed is accurate. Communication with the host was fantastic! We would 100 percent stay here again and will the next time we go to Silverwood (about a 7 hr drive for us). It is about 15 minutes north of Silverwood, and pretty easy to find once you figure out where the turn is. The house itself is clean, had 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs, one downstairs) along with a couple of sofa sleepers which we didn't need. All the beds were very comfortable. It also included a gas grill and a DVD player and TV, although at the time of our stay did not have a microwave, as its an off-grid house. Not a big deal for me, I have lived without a microwave before. :) The owner told us we were about a week early for his power upgrade, so it will probably have one by the time this review appears. The host was very pleasant, responsive, and easy to work with. I would highly encourage any families looking for a nice, quiet house to take a serious look at this property! ##### Craig S. Just beware the driveway is super steep and gravel, so anything other than all wheel or four wheel drive may not make it all the way in. Really clean, comfortable beds, and very peaceful.
