Nestled on a lovely property with a private garden and a large south-facing terrace, this tastefully renovated house offers two cosy bedrooms, a unique cocoon-style mezzanine, a warm living room blending stone and modern design, and a fully equipped kitchen. Peace, comfort, and charm for a perfect stay in the heart of the Cotentin. The Space: You will enjoy a large south-facing terrace, perfect for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. Inside, expansive bay windows flood the living spaces with natural light. The main room features a cathedral ceiling, enhancing the feeling of space and volume. The atmosphere blends modernity, quality materials, and warm touches.
