"I used Just Park for overnight parking. The transfer from having the car park pin code to excellent and speedy check-in to the perfect " pod-like” room with separate w.c., comfortable bed, and small desk to work on was seamless. The room was spotless throughout. There is a very handy convenience store opposite the front entrance. I will definitely stay here again."

"Really enjoyed our stay in Cardiff - hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms don’t have usb charging points for phones - I didn’t think to bring a charging plug as most hotels don’t need them nowadays - and I really don’t want to be going back and for to reception to charge my phone. It just makes the hotel seem a little dated - apart from that the hotel was nice and clean."

"Check in staff very friendly and helpful.We stayed for 2 nights, but under separate bookings. This caused a bit of confusion as we didn't want to change rooms and check out then back in again. Thankfully, the staff sorted this out for us. No parking at this hotel, but only 5 mins walk to Cardiff central station so we parked there. Restaurant was fully booked, but we had a drink and the barman was very polite and cheerful. Only issue we had was my daughter stepping on some glass in our room....

"Wonderful stay at the Hotel. Room was superior to many & very clean. Staff were professional & very hflpful. Only disappointment was the layout if tables for our event. Tables were far too close together which made it very difficult. Couldnt enjoy the meal due to being squashed in. There was socmuch space at the back of the room, so i dont understand why room was set up like that. Waiting staff dealt with this extremely well - must have been difficult gor them.
