The living room has a full size pull out sofa, arm chair, and cozy window seat as well as a high definition TV, high speed internet, cable, and DVD player provided for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is eat-in and offers all the conveniences and necessities of home. You'll find everything you need whether you want to cook a holiday meal or just push a button to get your morning coffee or tea. There was no sea view as indicated in the photo as all the trees have matured up. You definately need a car if you stay as there is nothing within walking distance if you need supplies. The place is very well equipped and we had no problem cooking there. Very luxury to have a washer and dryer to use as well. If you are a sensitive sleeper definately have a eye mask as there is no form of blackout in the bedroom. The outdoor area is at the bottom of the stairwell and is comfortable. ##### Jennie N.
