Gentile Cliente, la ringraziamo di aver condiviso con noi la sua esperienza. Saremmo voluti venire a conoscenza di questi disagi durante il suo soggiorno, ci avrebbe fatto piacere proporle un cambio camera se avessimo saputo che nella sua c'erano le formiche. Abbiamo un magnifico team che lavora h24 per poter risolvere qualsiasi problema all'interno delle stanze. Se ci fosse stato comunicato avremmo potuto aggiustare la linea telefonica e quella della tv. Per quanto riguarda il wifi, come descritto nei servizi della struttura, è disponibile solo nelle zone in comune quindi bar ricevimento e ristorante. La invitiamo a contattarci in struttura per poter parlare di persona e darci la possibilità di recuperare, ci farebbe piacere riaverla tra i nostri ospiti.
